We designed this piece with the air of the presenter to craft this piece into a law enforcement retirement gift without looking like one. The lake in the center is where he is headed for his retirement home and is translucent blue epoxy which shows the depth chart. Our CNC wood router was used to carve the badge into the face as well as cut out the shape of NH where the lake is located. I then hand carved the flag hand carved the rest of the flag, hand carved the stars, and hand painted the flag. The entire frame and flag was crafted from reclaimed red oak which happened to be donated by the retired Chief of Police who hired this retiring detective.
